Booking Terms & Conditions

Monthly Block Bookings

1. Pilates and yoga classes are scheduled and booked on a monthly basis, meaning that you book a set class for the month, e.g. Tuesday at 7pm.  The client is responsible for attending the scheduled classes; missed classes are non-refundable.

2. OmCore Pilates & Yoga run a courtesy Make Up Class Policy which gives clients the opportunity to join an alternative class should they be unable to attend their regular class. The terms and conditions of this Policy are outlined below.

Make Up Class Policy:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice of absence must be provided. 

• A Make Up class can be arranged and taken in advance of the missed class.

• A Make Up class must be taken in the same month.  However, if the missed class falls in the final week of the month, the Make Up class can be taken within 14 days.   

• Class spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

3. Unused classes cannot be carried forward or credited to the following month, unless in exceptional circumstances and/or otherwise agreed upon.

4. Clients who know they are unable to attend the full month and cannot make up a class may pay for the classes they can attend.  This option incurs a higher class fee and payment must be made at the start of the month. 

4. In the event that a class is cancelled due to teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative class or a credit for the value of the class which has been cancelled.

Limited Time Offers

Introductory 4-Class Pass

1. The Introductory Class Pass offers a 12.5% discount on the standard class rate and is available to new clients only.  

2. The Indroductory Class Pass must be used for consecutive weeks and is for a set class e.g. Thursday at 10am.  The client is responsible for attending the scheduled classes; the Pass in non-refundable.
