Hello!  I'm Laura, a BASI Pilates certified teacher and internationally accredied yoga teacher, dedicated to guiding individuals towards greater health and wellbeing through the transformative power of Pilates and yoga.  My mission is to help each client unlock their full potential and experience the myriad benefits of a consistent Pilates and yoga practice.  Seeing my students move and feel better fills my heart with joy! 

I trained with BASI Pilates® (Body Arts Science International), the leading international Pilates education academy, with a reputation for innovation and academic excellence.  BASI Pilates preserves the legacy of Joseph and Clara Pilates while integrating contemporary scientific knowledge into the Pilates method.  My teaching is based on the 10 Principles of Pilates:  Awareness, Balance, Breath, Concentration, Center, Control, Efficiency, Flow, Precision, and Harmony.

Having also worked as a qualified Personal Trainer, I have had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the corporate world such as Coca-Cola and ExxonMobil, delivering comprehensive employee health and wellbeing programmes. These experiences have further fuelled my passion for empowering individuals to prioritise their physical and mental health.
