Pilates Matwork classes

Immerse yourself in the essence of Pilates with a Pilates mat class.  The dynamic class blends classical and contemporary Pilates mat exercises, placing a strong emphasis on the fundamental elements of the traditional Pilates approach.  With a focus on quality of movement, form, and precise alignment, you'll be guided through a transformative session that will strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance your overall body awareness.

Regardless of your experience level, modifications and variations will be provided to suit individual needs, ensuring that each participant receives a fulfilling workout.  Classes are small and friendly with up to 10 students.

Pricing

Classes are £10 each and booked in blocks.  This structure not only ensures consistency but also encourages a dedicated approach to incorporating Pilates into your weekly routine.  New clients are invited to try a class for £10 before deciding whether to sign up.  Occasionally drop-in spaces are available for £12.50 per class, please enquire to check availability.
